They are able to take others' points of view and analyze a situation in a variety of ways. They also monitor their own behavior and are committed to communicating successfully.
A competent communicator is skilled at communicating effectively with any and all groups of people, regardless of their demographics, psychological characteristics, or cultural value and belief systems. In a variety of contexts, be it public, small group, interpersonal or cross-cultural interactions, the competent communicator is skilled at sending and receiving intended messages while establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
Competent Communication coaching and training will assist you or your organization in developing the communication skills you desire in order to adapt to an infinite amount of contexts through a role-centered approach; a method of coaching and training that assists the client in identifying and removing internal obstacles and enhancing the skills that already reside within.
Through coaching and training, we guide our clients to the "inner-confident role" through unlearning illusionary obstacles of fear, vulnerability, judgement, conformity, etc., and replacing said "opinions" with truth, knowledge and skills that empower our clients to realize and utilize the authentic adaptive communication skills necessary to be the most competent communicator possible.
